The Pierre Marcolini selection at Fortnum & Mason has now been replaced by the Oberlaa brand from Vienna.

I had a selection of truffles (£65/kg). They taste like they are made sincerely from high quality ingredients. They are not as sophisticated as Marcolini but they are good at what they are.

Interesting news. According to several connaisseurs (and me) Oberlaa is not the best ‘Konditorei’, but maybe chocolate is their new thing.
