I really liked the Pralus Ghana–probably the fullest fruit I’ve found so far in that realm, and overall a really solid bar. Not so fond of the Bonnat Cote d’Ivoire, but maybe it was just the batch we received…I’ll have to try that one again.
Of course, there are some wonderful Sao Tome forasteros. I really like both the Chocolatour Sao Tome 70% and the Cluizel Tamarina, for what it’s worth.

Tamarina is probably my favorite Sao Tome chocolate (next to Ilha Toma). I almost bought a bar of it yesterday, but then I realized that I would have 100g of it to taste, so I opted for Concepcion instead. The Chocolatour Sao Tome, imo, is rather flat and unexciting with an overwhelmingly insipid flavor of red fruits and strong vanilla.
