I see that there are no reviews up for Valrhona’s ‘Pur Noir’ 100%.

There’s a chocolate place I go to where I live (ChocolaTas, near Vancouver, British Columbia) and the lady there was kind enough to let me try a shaving sample. It was actually pretty good, almost an acidy wood taste. I’m not an expert at this kind of thing so…

Are there any reviews coming for this interesting chocolate? I’m probably going to see if I can pick up a small thing of it next time.
