What is the difference between a normal bar of chocolate , Say Chauo 50g bar by Amedei and their Chauo Couverture 1kg block?

Couverture has added cocoa butter for greater fluidity and glossier sheen. This is added because the format is often used by people who require large amounts of chocolate for enrobing and other related purposes. There are various threads regarding this topic, actually, so do a quick search to find additional information [:)]

Yes, I find “search” here is quite good, and obviously underused.. :)
