Curious about these…they don’t list the cacao content but they look interesting.


This company (Zingerman’s) is pretty discriminating. They’ve got El Rey, Valrhona, Cluizel..they definitely cater to the upscale yuppie “they haven’t seen THIS” crowd. (Would that be me? I wonder.)[;)]

I love Zingerman’s stuff. Actually I love reading their catalog even more. They just have this way of describing their items that makes me want EVERYTHING.

It does look interesting, but would need to check ingredients – many make the claim to be authentic, but then you find out there is vanillin or something in the bar.
