Just tried this one and can't say I'm crazy about it. Although I do love Madagascar chocolate, I don't think the dairy matches too well with the natural tanginess. It gave it an overall sour flavor, similar to buttermilk perhaps, and while I love buttermilk, I don't think it matches too well with caramel (another flavor nuance of this bar). Even at 50%, it made the chocolate seem sweeter. It's still a good bar, but the flavors simply don't agree with me as much as they do in other bars. These are just my first impressions, though, and I don't think I tasted this in ideal conditions, so further tastings are necessary. Not that this is a bad thing.... [:D]

Just got Domori Latte Sal in the mail from LoneLy. The best milk chocolate I have ever tasted!

I think also Domori Latte Sal is one of the best milk chocolates I have ever had. Alternatively the 65% cocoa bars from Bonnat - they are all great. My favor is Ashfarth. Cluizel cannot compete on this imo.

Chocolate is cheaper than therapy and you don't need an appointment.
