Dolfin 88% - info on sugar content?

I am on a quest to find my favorite ultra-dark (85%-100%) chocolate (I try to eat as little sugar as possible), and I just picked up a bar of the Dolfin 88%. It is so sweet in comparison to other 85%s that I've tried, I have a hard time believing that it's an 88%. Does anyone happen to have the nutrition information or at least the sugar content information for this bar? It's not on the wrapper. BTW, I like this bar, although the taste is not as complex as the other 85%s I've tried, it's very easy to eat. Nice mouth feel, hint of citrus in the finish.

Dolfin's 88% is indeed remarkably palatable, but if you try the 70%, you will find that it is quite strong, perhaps more assertive than the 88%. For an 88% chocolate, you will basically find that there are approximately 4g of sugar per 40g of chocolate. So for a full-sized Dolfin bar, you might expect to get about 7g of sugar.

I forgot to add that you might want to to try Marcolini Fleur de Cacao and Galler 85%. Both are remarkably palatable for their class as well.

For a really low (no) sugar alternative, I really enjoy the Domori Puro as well...It's 100%, but to my palate quite tasty.

I found Kamba 100% to be amazingly palatable, whereas Venchi's 85% was just unbearable. The iron taste and harsh bitterness make it a less-than-desirable chocolate.
