Anyone heard of / tried this chocolate? - Any comments on it?

It seems that this is the first bar from William Harcourt-Cooze. There was a post about him not too long ago here:
As you'll note, his plantation is in Venezuela within a huge national park (Henri Pittier) near Choroni within Aragua state. It is close, relatively speaking, to Chuao.
At some point it was said that he would only sell to chocolate professionals, but perhaps he is selling bars retail afterall, though it seems that they are out of stock here:
