We are two ‘new girls on the block’ delving into the world of chocolate. To be precise we are looking to open an establishment to sell chocolate in all its glory. We’re two friends who have known each other for eternity. I’ve just been made redundant and I think this is the ‘kick-start’ we’ve needed to do something about the ‘dream’ we’ve often talked about. Neither of us is shy about hard work, which I’m sure will be put to the test!

We’ve found premises in our local village but this location is not too hot on foot-fall but extremely good on patronage. We need something to boost everyday sales so, corporate gifts / wedding favours / home deliveries are options we need to research. We also have the space to offer a ‘chocolate drinks bar’ perhaps with cakes etc. to compliment [all based on chocolate of course!]

So ther you have it – two girls with a dream. Keep your fingers crossed!

The Wirral, which is a peninsula between Liverpool and North Wales. We’re literally just at the planning stage at the moment. We had thought we could set up in our local village but we need to do our research first so, think it will be a while before we put chocolate on the map in the North West!
