Anyone else who have tried Goldkenn’s origins bars? There are three: Sto Domingo 70%, Trinidad 60%, Venezuela 72%. To me, they all tasted very similar, (except for difference in sweetness), and they had a typical forastero areoma in the bottom, under a full, but sort of flat taste, without personlaity. THey were also very fat, and the label also states cocoa butter before cocoa mass. An there was a taste i suspect to be vanillin, although I cannot know – the label stated vanilla.
