I was at my local delicatessen yesterday and was quite surprised to see that they had begun stocking a couple Pralus bars (Java and Indonesie), but was even more surprised when I noticed a strange new item next to these two bars: a long ‘block’ of Sao Tome chocolate from plantation Claudio Corallo by Pralus. The packaging was completely different, being wrapped in a light tan paper, offering little indication of what was inside. The bar was also very thick and weighed 160 grams. Upon tasting the bar (they let you taste anything), I found that it contained nibs and was surprisingly sweet for a 75%. The texture was very weird…it was as if it contained a lot of air, being so light…..it actually reminded me of one of those chocolate rice bars.
Anyway, it said Brut something or other on the front….but it was a beautiful forestero with some notes of melon and light fruits….quite a shock for a forestero. Has anyone heard of this bar?

Ok, if a moderator could move this or just delete it, that would be fine.
It is quite hard to keep track of everything that has been discussed…lol.

There will be two new bars from Pralus. Cuba and Brasil. They will replace Vanuatu (which I really like a lot[:(] ) and Jamaique, as far as I heard.
