I just finished a bar of Pralus Papouasie, and I found it pleasant, perhaps my favorite of the three Pralus bars that I have tried so far.

This is the first Pralus bar in which I detect light and fruity flavors such as strawberry and cherry.

I also taste nut, a hint of spice, and a slight wood ash, in addition to a nice basic dark chocolate flavor.

Reviews are available for this bar, but they’re pending on photos of the wrapper.

I bought a block of the couverture, amongst others, and found it to be very interesting. The texture for a start was finer, the melt more unctous than any of the other Pralus bars.
My buds have a lot of learning to do, but I found some really strong cream notes. Despite all this i’m not entirely sure i would buy a whole kilo again. Trinite (umm mixed spice)and Cuba are favourites.
