OfflineHello,
A store near me (Cardullo’s in Harvard Square) sells a nice selection of good chocolate including a couple Cluizel bars. I’m just slightly confused because all the Cluizel bars on this site seem to have names (e.g., “Los Ancones”), but I can’t find a name anywhere on the package of the ones in the store. They just say 60% chocolate. Both are a black package, one with green lettering and one with, I think, blue lettering. Anyone know what these are, am I just missing the name somewhere or are these some type of “generic” Cluizel chocolate…?

Could be “Noir De Cacao,” which is a blend, not a single origin bar. They come in 60%.

“Noir De Cacao” comes in 85%, 72% and 60%. The one with nibs in it is called “Noir au Grue De Cacao.”
