Hello everyone!
I have enjoyed this website now for about 6 months, and figured I’d finally join the community. Some basic information about myself is in my profile. I have used the reviews of various chocs on this site and other general information thereof to better understand the differences among an ever-growing market of fine chocolate. I have come to appreciate the subtle nuances and personalities of different bars due to the education I have aquired from this wonderful website. I would like to share some of my favorite bars, thereby reflecting a certain part of myself.
My two favorite companies are definitely Amedei and Domori. It may seem cliche, But I love Amedei’s Chuao and Porcelana. For some reason, I also adore Amedei’s 63%. Even though the 63% doesnt taste like cotton candy, I am always reminded of cotton candy whenever I eat it…
On the Domori side, I also love their Porcelana (especially the new harvest) and Puertomar. However, I recently tried their Madagascar, and to me it was out-of-this-world. Tasted like red berries and sour cream YUM!![:D]
