At the Chocolate Festival in Stockholm we had a catwalk. I think they used real chocolate from Amedei.
At Chocolate Show in London Paul A Young showed how to make a necklace with pearls made of real chocolate from Valrhona. People could join and make their own pearls. He added water to the chocolate so the pearls could be used for up to three hours before they start to melt. Part of the fun he told us is that you can eat the chocolate afterwards.
