Calling all Chocolatiers!
Well we all know there are two types of chocolatiers....Bean to Bar Chocolatier and Confectioner Chocolatier.
There are a lot of Confectioner chocolatiers on here but is anyone leaning more towards bean to bar? That is my Passion and hope to work with Guittard one day. Anyone worked in the Bean to Bar business before in the actuall production?

That site is specifically dedicated to chocolate production (even on the very very small scale--I just tempered up a batch of only about 1kg from bean to bar.
