I went to the local delicatessen in my area yesterday, and discovered they were selling a spreadble cocoa pulp through the company Vintage Plantations. It contains 90% cocoa pulp and 10% cane sugar. Has anyone else seen this product yet?
I purchased a small jar of it, and will open it soon.
The mixture is brown in colour, which, I presume, is due to oxidation. Regardless, a very innovative product.
