Looking for help on product notes, procedures and personal experience with the Sweet Coating Maker designed by Pascal Brunstein. It is distributed by World Cuisine as Model 35000.
Basically it is a panning attachment for Kitchen Aid and possibly Hobart mixers and others. (A URL For reference picture only http://www.mycookingstore.com/shopping/productimages/t_9578.jpg)

I have purchased the item from mycookingstore.com and found their service, price and integrity second to none. Problem is, no real direction or technique in box.

I am however looking for technique, procedure and any other scattered material you may have re uses, recipes and function.
