Hmm maybe i posted this on the wrong forum!

i could really appreciate the help…was in melbourne a few months ago and there were amazing drinking chocolate shops everywhere- selling solids as well but mainly drinking chocolate (hot and cold)

Found plenty of courses in europe about making chocolates (solid); does anyone out there know of ones specifically about liquid chocolate?
