summer is almost here, and despite it being rather unpredictable recently, it is almost certainly to be hot.. could i ask how i should best keep my chocolate bars? I know they should be kept at 17-18 deg C and not in the fridge, but sometimes its hard to make sure of the temp. And should they be kept in airtight bags once opened? Thanks…

Also, it’s important to wrap your bars tightly with foil. Foil reflects 95% radiant heat and will prevent moisture from reaching the chocolate. Then put that in a plastic bag, and if you have one, a wine cooler. If not, try to find the darkest and coolest part of your place.
