Hi I'm new here so not sure if this topic has already come up but..... I'm looking for Chocolate Tasting sessions or courses. I saw 'How to Taste Chocolate' courses once but can't remeber where! This is to be a 40th birthday gift for a chocoholic friend.
Hope someone can help [8D]

Hi,

I know that Fortnum and Mason run an evening class, but it's only one session. Although it's very good quality and only £30. I'd actually be very interested in longer courses too if anyone can help!

Some shameless self-promotion here: we've just started our monthly subscription club - our Chocolate Connoisseur’s Club, which you can read all about here http://www.seventypercent.com/.....op/ccc.asp.

Also we just had our first tasting at Hampstead Theatre, where we are now corporate sponsors. We shortly hope to be running regular monthly tasting sessions there, along with some special events and guest speakers, so look out for details soon.

Unfortunately this link doesn't work:

I am so curious about the club. Is it possible to subscribe? As I am going to stay in UK for a while quite soon I am more than interested.
