That was what surprised me in the previous thread – I haven’t seen any other then Quantum blocks, which don’t list any added cocoa butter, nor lecithin. Thanks, Chrissie, for making it clear – couverture must be something alltogether different.

If you look at the products chocosphere offers, you can find some Domori couverture. The Quantum blocks are designed for chocolate gluttons like myself, being 500 grams a piece and only 30 dollars or so. If you do the math, this is a great deal for such great chocolate.

The Rio Caribe is my favourite and possibly one of Domori’s best tasting bars…..so dense with flavour and unctuousness rivaled by few chocolates.

With Domori’s reputation for inconsistency, I am not sure if I would want to risk purchasing a large quanity at once.
