OfflineThis may already have been asked and answered, but I can’t find it.
Does anyone have a link for the EU chocolate requirements? Is there a site that gives the guidelines like the FDA does? Something that shows what minimum cocoa mass for Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate…..what additives (vanilla or lecithin) that are allowed?
