Hi guys,
I’m a new entry, but I’m not new to chocolate…. [;)]
I’m the responsible of the local section of the “Compagnia del Cioccolato” in Italy, I live in Trento (north-east). I give courses in chocolate tasting, and partecipate to chocolate events.
If someone wants some information about italian chocolate or related events, don’t esitate to contact me here or at roberto.caraceni@telecomitalia.it
Bye.

Welcome and thank you for your offer. I might send you a mail one day asking you about italian chocolate.
This evening I’ve just eaten a small piece of Porcelana from Amedei and as a christmas present I received a nice bar from De Bondt. You really can make chocolate in Italy.
