I'm a new entry, but I'm not new to chocolate.... [;)] I'm the responsible of the local section of the "Compagnia del Cioccolato" in Italy, I live in Trento (north-east). I give courses in chocolate tasting, and partecipate to chocolate events.

This evening I've just eaten a small piece of Porcelana from Amedei and as a christmas present I received a nice bar from De Bondt. You really can make chocolate in Italy.
