Have you guys seen this one? Quite interesting link about Amedei – with recipes!

That Gambero Rosso article is probably the most detailed piece I’ve seen that talks about their Chuao beans. It’s a great read.
Can you read Danish, Lone? If so, does that referring page have any other interesting information?

Yes, I do read Danish. I just read it briefly, it was basically a report from Amedei’s visit to a wine club. I haven’t got the time now, but I’ll check out later if there’s anything of interest there.
