Does anyone know how to put a chocolate centre into toffee?

I can’t find anything on the web apart from industrial applications.

I can’t see how the toffee is hot and pliable enough to enclose the choc centre, without the choc filling melting.

Onc eagain any ideas/sources gratefully received.
