Hey All,
Just wondering if any of you have ever tried Pirvate Tuition in chocolate making rather than attending a group course. I am finding at the moment that I am interested in certain aspects of a lot of courses but feel it would be far more beneficial to be able to pick and choose the topics.
It would be great to learn about your experiences both with courses and private tuition preferably in Ireland or the UK.

hi sarah,
im not sure about private tuition but if you are in ireland, belfast met are starting a 10 week evening class on 10th april on chocolate skills. i’m not sure what the contents of the course are, but if you give them a call i’m sure they will put you through to the tutor.

Hi Sarah,
I did a one day bespoke course at Slattery’s in Manchester. I decided on the content and structure, and managed to fit in everything I wanted to cover in 8 hours. You need to have a certain basic knowledge to fast track like this, and it wasn’t cheap, but if you know exactly what you want to learn you should give them a call. I know John Costello doesn’t teach there any more, but I expect they have another tutor who could help you.
