I'm looking for people's opinions (as well as any contact info) on food historians who specialize in chocolate or just a really great chocolate expert. I'm host of a podcast -- a 30-minute weekly internet show -- and I'm doing a show next week on the history of chocolate, so I'm seeking an interviewee with interesting things to say to a mass audience on the topic. If you fit the bill or know someone who does, please contact me.

Thanks,
Anne

I was very happy to take part in this podcast along with Michael Coe, co-auther of the "True History of Chocolate". The show came out on Feb 2 2005, and you can listen to it at http://www.eatfeed.com. Thanks go to Anne for devoting time on her show to fine chocolate.
