I’m looking for people’s opinions (as well as any contact info) on food historians who specialize in chocolate or just a really great chocolate expert. I’m host of a podcast — a 30-minute weekly internet show — and I’m doing a show next week on the history of chocolate, so I’m seeking an interviewee with interesting things to say to a mass audience on the topic.
