Aloha we would love to know of any information on the use of sunflower Lecithin as an emulsifier in chocolate making. We would love to know also any info regarding suppliers of this product.thanks everyone.

Plamil uses sunflower lechitine. It seems to work well, no problem with the concistency of the chocolate. Unfortunately, the taste of Plamil is awful.

Yes, but the consitency of Plamil is not so good either …

I do not care so much about consitency (as long it is not really gritty), taste is superior. And Plamil tastes ash.
