Does anyone know which chocolate Teuscher uses for their products? They also produce several bars, which I have not tried yet, and I was wondering if they’re made from other brands’ chocolate simply re-formulated to their own specifications. Same for Richart. He has some interesting cocoa contents to match the bean and origin of the chocolates. The only knowledge I have regarding this is that Richart uses Carenero beans for the origin chocolates, but I was wondering which brand he uses.

I’ve been told by Richart employees that they do produce their own chocolate from the bean and do not use any third party’s couverture.

I believe Teuscher produces its own couverture from the bean.
