Does anyone know the process of making truffle shells? I’m interested in making the empty spherical shells. similar to the picture attached: http://www.bakingwarehouse.com/126b.jpg. I’ve been rattling my brain on trying to figure out how to make these shells and yet is still clueless. I am open to suggestions.

I can’t access your link to see the picture, but I think you can make your own with special moulds, like this:

Unfortunately I haven’t used them before, so I can’t offer anymore insight than that.
