Chocosphere recently began stocking this “fine” italian chocolate. I searched the forums here for information on the company, but didn’t come up with anything. The actual website is in italian, so that didn’t help out all that much.
Just curious to know if anyone here has had any of their bars. If you have, are they any good? Are they dutched? Are they bean to bar? What is their style?
Wondering if I should give them a try. Expensive though — about 10-15 US dollars per bar (100g), so I would rather get a few recommendations first.
