Good quality chocolate making ingredients and utensils/moulds can be hard to find in Melbourne. This is where I go, but I would like to hear from other users if they use other good stores in Melbourne or use stores that do web-based ordering . . .

Huge range of couverture chocolate in dark, milk, white, flavoured and tinted from Lindt, Callebaut and Kennedy & Wilson in 0.5kg, 2.5kg and 5kg lots. Cocoa powder, utensils, moulds and thermometers.

Just for fun. Some of the batches are a little larger but I tend to buy 2.5kg of chocolate at a time. I’d still be interested in any local contacts even if its just to chat to them for background etc
