where in the UK is the best place to buy cacao beans in bulk?
any ideas?

Depends how many you want. I’ve been (sorry…) importing from John Nanci (Chocolate Alchemy site)in the US but postage adds hugely to the cost and he won’t ship more than 25kg anyway. I’ve struggled to find anyone selling less than a metric tonne or ten. How much do you want and how often?
