Hello there!
As a teeny weeny speck of a company just starting out and mainly for pleasure, I’m planning on doing some farmers markets soon selling truffles, moulded chocs etc. and would like to have a fairtrade/organic section – can anyone tell me the best place to buy/the best organic & firtrade couveture for a hopefully shiny temper, and truffle fillings (should the fillings always be couveture in your opinion)?
I don’t mind buying in bulk, 10kg or more is fine.

Hi, I get my Fairtrade choc from HB Ingredients, you can buy in small quantities, they have an excellent selection and are very reasonable.
