Hi

I’m looking for a distributor of couverture chocolate in either Western Australia or by someone who will ship there. I have been using Barry Callebaut in the UK but am emigrating at the end of this week to Oz and really want to set up my own business when I get out there. As far as I can see Callebaut do not have an academy in Australia.

If there is anyone who can help me with a list of reliable suppliers or just point me in the right direction that would be great,

I haven’t used them before but they may be worth calling. They are based in Melbourne and Sydney but could ship to WA I’m sure.

Personally, I use Essential Ingredient at Prahran Market in Melbourne and a few other local suppliers. They may be able to put you onto wholesalers.
