Is anyone able to tell me where I can purchase light corn syrup or confectioners (powdered) sugar? Cant find any suppliers in the UK! Thanks

Hi Cocoa, Corn Syrup is Glucose Syrup and Confectioners Sugar is icing sugar (near as dammit) Try HB Ingredients for Glucose Syrup they are really helpful or Home Chocolate Factory
