Does anybody know of a uk-based supplier of natural powdered food colourings? I’m struggling to find one unless they are based in the states, and then it’s just seems to be somebody flogging the stuff from their garage, which isn’t really reputable enough for where I work!

Dairy Milk is good.

Has anyone had any problems with the liquid natural food colours tasting bad? I have been trying to find good replacements for the Azo dyes, for months but so far the natural colours, no matter how little used do taste of what they are made from. For example the green colour when mixed with white chocolate, tastes of nettles and it is really strong. Any ideas?? Many thanks.
