Does any body have a good hazelnut praline recipe? I found a few on the internet which initially were really good, but after a day it dried out and became crumbly which was really annoying. The recipe I found used 1/3 dark choc and 2/3 milk choc, mixed with a hazelnut and vegetable oil paste.
