OfflineSure thing, let me search for the links and info first. Are you interested in massive amounts for a business, or smaller quantities for snacking?
Dagoba’s nibs are organic Arriba – really tasty, like tangerines. I think you can order these wholesale from their web-site.
Plantations is fair trade and organic: http://www.echocolates.com Again, the nibs are Arriba but flavor cacao nonetheless.
Try http://www.chocolatealchemy.com and see what they have. Last time I remember, they had the following beans: Ghana, Ocumare, Carenero Superior, and maybe some others. Not sure whether they’re organic either.
I have some information about several cooperatives in Tobasco, Mexico that grow organic and some Criollo cacao. It’s fair trade too. I’ll have to find it when I return to my computer and get it to you if you’re interested.
Go to http://www.icco.org and do some searching. Tons of information there [:)]
