Can anyone help me source a wholesaler of ginger for dipping in chocolate. We require it to have icing sugar so that it is not gritty when dipped. My current supplier has to bring in 100kilos at a time from China, which is a lot for us to store at one time.[:)]

I think you can get 11kg minimum. I’ve tried Standard dice and standard small dice for putting on top of choc bars. Very good, succulent i ate the whole bag, only sold a few kg in under 3 months..

Hi there, I just bought the brand of ginger that the last poster mentioned, from Keylink. It’s little 1cm cubes and it’s dusted, comes in 1kg or 5kg and is quite reasonably priced [:)]
I’m going to chop it smaller for use in truffles.
There is no such thing as a chocolate reject – if you can fit it in your mouth, it wont be rejected!!
