I think it is worth pointing out that Amano Artisan Chocolate has released a new bar called Cuyagua. As the name implies, the beans for this bar herald from the Cuyagua valley in Venezuela.

Due to the limited number of beans available, this is a limited edition bar so most all of the bars are being sold from Amano’s website : http://www.amanochocolate.com/

I believe it to be an incredible bar with rich chocolate overtones with beautiful spicy notes.
