One piece of news that is worth passing on is that we have just received four awards in one week. We were a finalist for Outstanding New Product for 2007 at the Fancy Food Show (NYC) and then we walked away with three golds at the San Francisco Chocolate Salon for : Best Dark Chocolate, Best Dark Chocolate Bar, and Most Gifted Chocolatier 2007 (where it was actually a tie with Lilli Belle and Charles Chocolate).

I’m off to the factory to make more chocolate but thought that this would be worth mentioning.
