Have been after Chocolatier and Pastry Art and Design for over 2 years to come up with a combination subscription for both.
Michael Schneider and Matthew (whom I have personally bothered) and those other hidden forces, please help. We’ll pay, enjoy and spread the word to build the subscription base.

Hi all this is my first time so be gentle. Can anyone tell me if the Chocolatier Magazine is only for the US? I read in the forum that you can subscribe overseas, so I duly sent my $30.95, they cashed it and since then nothing, do they send to the UK? If not any ideas on how to get my money back, they are just ignoring me?

I did the same and have only received 3 magazines in the past 18 months. They are very sporadic, and I have heard the same from a number of people. I won’t be subscribing again.
Anyone know if “Pastry Art and Design” has the same issues in the UK?

You can buy pastry art & design and chocolatier magazines from large Boarders stores in the UK.
There is also http://www.pastrysbest.com where you can download issues of pastry best past and present from their web site it is of a similar style to pastry art and design.
