Hello Everyone,
I just heard that Gary Guittard of Guittard Chocolate Company is up for an award called the “2008 Kettle Award”. It is presented by the “Candy Industry”. They are giving the award to one of 4 nominees based on their of their accomlishments, activities and contributions to the confectionery industry. Because of Gary’s stance and movement on child labor in Africa and the recent stand against the FDA allowing vegetable fats into chocolate(in USA) he is one of the nominees.
