My recommendation would be to read the reviews on this site. And may I ask why you’re concerned about sugar intake? If it’s too personal, then you don’t have to answer. Generally, I would not worry about it unless you consume over 100g of chocolate per day because the amount in an average person’s portion of 70% minimum chocolate is not much at all. Per 40g serving of chocolate, expect around 14g of sugar, and most people usually don’t eat this much on a daily basis anyway. Especially those who are too concerned about health issues, then 40g may be too much of a compromise to their dietary patterns.

And to be honest, sugar (the pure white crystalline stuff that’s been wrongfully villified recently) is much healthier than sugar substitutes. Sugar by itself is not such a bad substance; it’s just when people consume it in large quantities in conjunction with other unhealthy things, such as saturated fats and refined carbs. Indeed, this is a recipe for health problems. Also, you have to consider the rest of your diet and not single out certain foods. For example, pasta, potatoes, rice, etc. will send your glycemic index through the roof and you may not know it; it’s essentially a criminal in disguise that many people don’t recognize. Of course, this issue is a multifacted array of complexities that’s much more involved than what’s discussed here, but if you’re interested in nutrition, then there’s tons of information on the web.

Also, I recommend that you remove your E-mail address from your post, otherwise spam bots may find you hunt you down…ruthlessly.
