Seems like I hardly ever get to post these kind of links!
Here is Mort Rosenblum discussing his “Chocolate: A Bittersweet Saga of Dark and Light” book.

Maybe you can change that Martin. It looks like I have to buy Morts book. Monte has mentioned it before.
I’ve heard the story about Chloe Doutre-Roussel before, getting the job at Fortnum & Mason in competition. Mort was able to share her knowledge and soon we might do that to. Chloe has written a book called “The Chocolate Connoisseur” and it will be released a few days before the start of Chocolate Week 2005.

Yeah, it is a good book, with lots of humor and informative content. The events occurred were predominantly in 2004, so it’s all relatively recent.

I’ve heard that Chloe’s book will be available with a (very) limited edition box collection of her 5 favorite chocolates. Not sure what they are, but it could be interesting (although it will probably cost and arm and a leg…)

No kidding. Expect to pay more for the packaging than the contents.
