US whole food giant and owner of stylish Fresh and Wild chain in the UK is opening a massive new store in Kensington, London. Read more here. http://www.cnw.ca/fr/releases/archive/August2005/19/c1530.html.

This great news, and they have plans for more – let’s hope they have a market here in the UK!

The significance for chocolate though is they will likely carry a decent range of fine chocolate. As well as the obvious choices, I hear rumours of Pralus.
