Hello!
I’m after a recipe for a really good chocolate spread.
It has to be top quality and keep well in an airtight jar. Any help greatfully received! Cheers, Ari.

We have the Domori one in the shop here. It’s rather thick though, almost solid, and you’re likely to just eat it! Good chocolate though.

I’ve checked it out on the site and it looks delicious. But what I’m really after is a recipe so I can make a home made version. I’m quite addicted to the stuff and I’m thinking about making some for my friends.
Any ideas?

Are you looking for a chocolate spread mixed with pureed nuts or a pure chocolate spread?

hi there!
My laptop finally came back from the repairers (thank god i was still under warranty!).
I’m also interested in chocolate spreads! i know ir’s naughty but i do love spreading a generous amount on my toast…!
Monte, do you have a recipe for either the pureed nuts or the pure chocolate spreads?? Please share with us!

Out of curiosity, if there was a spread that tasted like nutella but lowered cholesterol by 15%, would you eat it? Is there demand for such a thing?

Sebastian: 15% less cholesterol in the spread, or 15% lower cholesterol increase in the blood? That is a big difference. For instance, studies has shown that even though eggs contain plenty of cholesterol, they do NOT contribute to higher cholesterol levels in the blood.

Then I believe there would be a demand, (although I’m personally more concerned with what I eat does with my hormones (hgh vs. insulin) and follow a natural hormonal enhancement eating plan).
